  2. Those with an existing garden that just isn't meeting expectations. We move beyond 'just planting' and focus on 'successfully growing' by providing a custom expert strategy tailored to your specific beds.

New Garden Blueprint

Available after completing a Vegetable Garden Starter Consulation

Your consultation helps determine the best location, size, and garden style. Your blueprint turns those decisions into a detailed, easy-to-follow plan.

YOUR BLUEPRINT INCLUDES:

Simple, scaled garden drawing.

  • Recommended plants and quantities

  • Herbs and flowers selected to support pollinators and help discourage pests

  • Companion-planting guidance

  • Placement of plants, beds or rows, and pathways

  • Irrigation layout showing recommended tubing and emitter placement, when needed

  • Planting guidance, including:

    • When to plant

    • Seeds versus transplants

    • Spacing and planting method

    • Trellising and support needs

  • Two-season planting strategy: A detailed layout for your upcoming garden season, plus guidance for transitioning the garden into the following season—including what may remain, what should be removed, and what to plant next.

One round of revisions is included when requested within seven days of receiving your blueprint. Revisions may include reasonable changes to plant selections or placement. Major changes to the garden location, dimensions, number of beds, irrigation method, or overall design may require an additional fee.Additional revisions are available for $50 per round.

What counts as one growing area?

One growing area is one continuous raised bed, in-ground plot, or defined garden section of up to 50 square feet. Separate beds are priced individually because each area requires its own evaluation of sun, shade, plant placement, companion planting, and available growing space. Areas larger than 50 square feet may require custom pricing.

The Refresh

Best for the gardener with established beds, soil, and irrigation who just needs time and hands to get the job done during the right season.

  • Custom Planting Map: A tailored design of exactly what varieties to plant, how many and where based on your existing layout.

  • Professional Sourcing: I handle the shopping and delivery of all plants, seeds, and organic soil amendments.

  • The Refresh: Topping off existing beds with fresh premium soil and organic nutrients to prep for planting.

  • Planting Session: A hands-on session where I install all transplants and seeds for you.

  • 90-Day Success Support: Includes three months of text/email guidance to ensure your season is a success.​

Gardening Tools & Plants

PRICE:

  • 1 bed Refresh = $450

  • 2 beds Refresh = $650

  • 3 beds Refresh = $850

+ $200 for each additional bed

Assisted Build

Best for those who have their beds assembled and the site cleared. ​

​

This service requires the Starter Consultation first to get all the logistics needed to design, prep and build the garden.

​

Requirements: Client must have beds assembled and in place, and the site must be level and cleared of debris/grass prior to arrival.

WHAT'S INCLUDED:

  • New Garden Plan + Layout - Includes a simple scaled garden drawing, exact bed/row placement

  • Professional Logistics & Sourcing: I handle the purchasing and hauling of all materials, soil, irrigation parts, and plants—so you don’t have to.

  • Expert Soil Install: Filling beds with premium soil and amendments.

  • Irrigation Setup: Installation of the timer and basic watering lines/emitters.​

  • Professional Planting: Hands-on planting of all seeds and transplants.

  • 90-Day Success Support: Three months of text/email guidance to ensure a harvest.

Gardening Activity Outdoors

Raised SM Setup - 1 bed = $550

Raised MD Setup – 2 beds = $800

Raised LG Setup – 3 Beds = $1050

Raised XL Setup – 4 beds = $1300

+ $250 for every additional bed set up

​IN GROUND GARDEN PRICES:

Small Setup - up to 50 sf - $600

Every garden is unique, so materials are not "one size fits all." Upon booking your setup, I will provide a detailed breakdown of the items needed

 

Budgeting Tip:

For a standard 4'x8' raised bed, client-responsible material costs (bed, soil, irrigation, and plants) typically range from $600 to $1,000, with an average of $750.

The White-Glove Experience

This elite service begins with a Starter Consultation to map out the logistics required to design, prep, and build your custom sanctuary.

 

I manage the entire lifecycle of the project—from variety selection to heavy-duty ground prep. 

This package includes a dedicated installation team for all heavy lifting, full blueprints, and 90 days of priority support.

Planting Seedling

WHAT'S INCLUDED:

  • New Garden Plan + Layout - Full Technical Design. Including a simple scaled garden drawing, exact bed/row placement, and a customized irrigation layout (where lines and emitters go).

  • Professional Logistics & Sourcing: I provide a curated list of high-performance retail beds or custom-built options exclusive to Garden Haven. I handle the purchasing, hauling, and delivery of all materials—beds, soil, irrigation parts, and plants—so you don’t have to.

  • Heavy Lifting & Prep: Marking the garden footprint, ground prep (if applicable), and professional assembly and placement of garden beds.

  • The Soil Foundation: Placement and leveling of premium organic soil and amendments.

  • Automated Irrigation: Installation of a basic irrigation system and timer setup (compatible with standard hose bibs).

  • Hands-on Planting: A hands on planting session to get your seeds and transplants in the ground correctly, including labels and trellises.

  • 90 Days of Success Support: Extended text/email support to guide you through your first full season and ensure your garden thrives.

SITE - SPECIFIC ADD-ONS

Ground Prep (Rototilling & Leveling): $500 minimum (Covers up to 100 sf). Required for heavy debris clearing or uneven terrain.
 

Difficult Access Fee: $250 - Applied to sites with stairs, narrow gates, or long-distance hauling.


Irrigation Customization: $150 per additional zone or timer setup.
 

NOTE: Prices reflect professional labor and logistics only. Material costs are estimated separately.

We require 50% up front, and the remainder due the day of service.

Once you've selected your preferred style, I handle the professional purchase and coordinate the delivery directly to your site. A detailed breakdown of all items needed will be provided for your approval.

For a standard 4'x8' raised bed (including custom-built or curated bed frames, premium soil, professional irrigation, and a full variety of plants), material costs typically range from $950 to $1,400, with an average of $1,150 per bed. This includes a procurement, handling, and delivery fee.
