If you are ordering garden beds, the outer corners of the garden beds can become the 10 foot shade pole. Otherwise, you will have the choice of 10 foot metal light poles or 10 foot wood poles. They can be secured in the ground by digging a hole and filling it with cement, or using a bucket or metal can (like a Home Depot bucket size), fill that with concrete to become the anchor.
